This book also features the second appearance of Green Arrow and Speedy, along with the Spectre, Johnny Quick, and an excellent Dr Fate cover. I bought this book 25+ years ago and recall it originally had some amateur color touch by the top staple. I then had it professionally restored and later graded by CGC around 2001. And have treasured it since. Take a look at the photos for closeups of the infill and color touch. On the front cover, one spot is by the 10ยข mark along the right edge of the cover. A second area is to the left of the F along the spine. The back cover shows leafcasting at both upper corners. I think this book is a great candidate for color-touch removal and then a CGC resubmit for a Conserved label. Or resubmit for a newer CGC Restoration label.
