Batman #62 has excellent color with minimal cover wear, but there is a circular stain/discoloration near Batman’s knee. It has a tiny little crease in bottom right front cover. There is grease pencil writing on the top right of the front cover. The staples look very good, no sign of rust. The spine has some creases parallel to the spine and some stress marks at the top and middle. The staples show some small tears with the top being the worst. All of these are clearly visible in the pictures. The cover and center page are firmly attached. There is no brittleness. There is a ΒΌ corner in the middle 10 pages that show some staining that could be water – it is only on the bottom outside corner of the interior pages. This is graded a VG/FN (5.0).
