Obvious condition issues which likely occurred during the cleanout itself (sorry). Partial tear on cover (see photo) and spot tear on rear cover. Please examine photos carefully to evaluate your interest. Besides the cover tear, the cover is still quite glossy and pages within are in great condition. This is an important pre-code comic. 99 and placing no reserve. Comics are simply too tricky to price based on condition and this one simply to gorgeous/important to sit in a box.
