This listing is for Crack Comics #2, published by Quality Comics in 1940. This is a rare super-hero comic from the early Golden Age, with a classic Black Condor cover by Gill Fox. According to the CGC census, there are only 10 graded copies. This one is rated 3.5 (Very Good-) by CGC and has “Slightly Brittle Pages” (which is fairly common for books from 1940). For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics.
