Very well worn issue Creasing to to front and back cover spine hold well but has lots of stress and wear inner pages are tanned, it’s not brittle in any way , there is a tear going through a lot of the pages about 1/2 does not affect the story , one of the inner page is missing a part of the panel (see picture) , last page missing could be part of the origin (see pictures) but it is the origin of Batman.
