This is an estate sale find… The cover is very bright. There is a tiny tear in upper right hand corner and a tear in the bottom left corner. There is also a pencil check mark in the letter B and a small chip in the middle right edge of the cover. There is a tear right in the middle of the back page around 1 long and some discoloration and tiny tears along the bottom of the back cover. The pages are yellowed due to age.
