This is one of the classic Golden Age war covers and features Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo getting their plans for world domination disrupted by the Victory Boys. Cover inks are super bright and saturated, and the back cover is clean. Defects are mainly visible in the scans, and consist of light general wear at the spine and a small tear in the upper right corner. Note that the cover is cleanly detached, and the first page is detached as well. Both could be fixed. None of these issues detract from the phenomenal cover!
