I have a nice low grade copy of Detective Comics #140 for sale. This is a CGC 2.5 Blue Label copy with Off White Pages. One of the most iconic covers of the Golden Age of Comics as it is the first appearance of the Riddler. The Riddler only appeared in 2 issues from 1948 until the mid 60’s when he got revived in Batman 171 and then by the legendary portrayal of the character by Frank Gorshin in the Batman TV series with Adam West and Burt Ward. This is an extremely key book of a major villain and prices have spiked significantly in the last 2-3 years. This copy has very nice eye appeal for a lower grade comic and would make a great addition to any collection of comics old or new.
