This is a tough book to find with amazing cover art. Wear is consistent with low grade golden age books including a missing piece top center of cover, spine roll, foxing, one interior centerfold is detached from the top staple and has a small rip, there is also what appears to be a date in pencil bottom left of front cover, and it appears that someone traced some of the characters in pencil (not restoration, more like someone was practicing their pencil work by following the lines). Note that while the page quality is pretty good for a golden age book, pages need to be handle with care to prevent them from coming loose from the staples.
