SPECIFIC CONDITION ISSUES: Obvious piece missing from front cover right edge; one extra staple in spine, 3 spine split at bottom, and the rest of the spine is covered by tape from the top of the split to the top of the spine. The spine appears to be mostly (possibly completely) split beneath the tape. Presents reasonably well though, except for the cover piece missing, and can be handled and read without fear of it coming apart. If you have any questions, just ask. There is no need to request an invoice. GRADING: Contrary to what many sellers will say, grading is NOT subjective, at least not to a large extent. I understand that someone might grade a book as a VG, and someone else might grade it as a VG+; this is understandable and that is why professional grading services such as CGC and CBCS use a panel of graders, not just one person. However, if one person grades the book as a VG and another grades it as a FN+, then that’s not just a difference of opinion. There are standards to be followed and criteria to be met. I certainly don’t claim to be perfect. I’m human and make mistakes every day. However, that very rarely happens. I grade conservatively based on a knowledge of Overstreet grading guidelines and 40+ years of experience.
