Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the spine is split 60% of the way the cover is detached from one staple the cover is flaking around the edges and perhaps has a bit of mildew a subscription crease and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
