There is a piece missing on lower right corner of cover that measures about 2″ by 3 1/2″. There is a spine roll and it has a little rust by staples. Front and back cover show signs of wear and back cover has a stain by girl’s head. Also, has some creases on front and back. Some small stain spots on a few pages and some discoloration. The first 4 pages are frayed at lower right corner. Advertisement page has a 1 1/4 long tear at bottom. Please check photos closely.
