Fresh out of a basement where everything was kept since the 1940s. There was a stack of Golden age comics books covered with dust and this is from that stack. The cover has creases on the outer corners and the lower staple is detached from the cover (only). There is a light vertical crease along the spine. Inside, the first page shows more soiling that the other pages, and the bottom right corners are bent. Some pages have a crease on the top corner. There is some discoloration to the paper.
