Just acquired this book in an estate…. Could be higher but that is my guess…. I have taken lots of pictures to help you decide for yourself… I done see many of these available… The cover is intact but detached from the book… The interior is complete with some loose pages…. The color on the front cover and inside pages is nice… A little off white inside but nice colors… Couple small corner chips inside…. Looks like a solid book that has not been altered in any way….
