About a VG- (3.5) copy with water staining along bottom edges of covers (light on front cover, heavier on back cover), light staining along lower area parallel to spine, 1.5 vertical tear along bottom edge of front cover (tape on inside of front cover), overall tanning of inside cove and pages, slight spine roll, a few very small edge chips/tears.
